In response to requests from our clients to be able to
contact our Claims Department when urgent assistance is needed after
business hours, on weekends, or holidays, Healthcare Services group has
initiated an urgent Response System.
Insureds may call one of our regular telephone numbers
and our automated telephone system will provide instructions on how to
activate the URS. After accessing the URS, callers will be asked to
provide a brief description of the event, their name, and telephone number.
Callers then hang up and the "on-duty" claim staff person
will return the call.
In an effort to provide you with the best possible
service, HSG will continually look for new or improved ways to meet you
